itgrrl :donor:<p>OK <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/NerdHiveMind" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NerdHiveMind</span></a>, has anyone ever figured out how to access / create a <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/CondeNast" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CondeNast</span></a> account when you signed up for a <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Wired" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Wired</span></a> digital-only subscription? I can log into the Wired site with the creds I set up initially, but trying to access / change account details pushes you to the CN site</p><p>the CN portal doesn’t accept my Wired creds, instead it insists that I must enter the account number printed on the label of the magazine that they ship to me 🤪 &amp; every avenue of contact I’ve tried either bounces or seems to go to /dev/null… 😩 </p><p>I’ve been trying for months to change my email address associated with the subs, but now I’m just over it &amp; want to cancel before it auto-renews at 5x the intro 1-year price 😕</p><p><a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/help" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>help</span></a></p>
