@GottaLaff 🙄 This, right here, is the cherry on top of why he can't be SecDef. This is 100% contrary to US military Spirit and tradition.
The bigger problem the US is going to have is that if #Hegseth becomes #SecDef , is the same one we have with SCOTUS and that we're going to have with Trump: no standing, no legitimacy.
With his view on LOAC and the Geneva convention, he's no better than Thomas and Alito. No one in uniform will respect him.

Rudy #Giuliani had to be muted by a judge at a zoom hearing today when he started yelling and attacking his accuser in a sexual harassment case. The judge said that he was muting him because if he continued he was going to get himself in serious trouble: “I’m going to protect you from yourself.”

The lawsuit was brought by former #RudyGiuliani personal assistant Noelle Dunphy who alleged that Rudy was constantly drunk while popping viagra and forcing himself on her sexually over a two year time period.
