Mac Berg<p>It just hit me what a lovely plant Flax is. It's beautiful, both the plant and the flowers, you can make strong fabric and clothes with it, make rag-paper, seal pipe joints, protect metal from rust, make paint, protect wood from water, and it's nutritious, you can make oil for food or eat the seeds raw, they're tasty and prevent constipation. Edge 🇨🇦🇲🇽🇺🇦🏳️‍🌈<p>The pecan pumpkin muffins are out, and came out pretty well, using the ground flax seed meal instead of eggs. Next time I'll need to extend the baking time a bit.</p><p>It definitely introduced a different flavor.
