My cat-dragon Maalamin playing with #wool - because it's a thing cats should do, right?

(not to confuse with my old drawings with ball of wool as a symbol itself, even if wool on those pictures had similar colour... it is not related, unless some mystic force of fate was guiding my subconsciousness )

Maalamin's element is lightning, not fire... of course, cat's element should be static electricity (here paste that legend about Nikola Tesla as a kid, inspired by static charges on cat's fur) and it is both #dragon and #cat. Well, big cat. I imagine it about pony size, or slightly bigger (at least longer).

This time with wings hidden/disappeared because doing cat things with fairy-style wings could be inconvenient. Maalamin could hide or expose them if needed.

I had "alter ego" in my "#drawing universe" - even more than one - but they weren't a #dragon
So I think I should have dragon one - but with my server name I should be a #cat... So why not both at the same time?

It's name is Maal'amin / Maalamin. I am not sure if I should call it my #fursona or not...

Settle my argument that the subculture described in the #Scifi setting of #Modders is not unreasonable...

Imagine you lived in a future where #BodyModification technology was at the point that you could quickly and cheaply get pretty much a full rework of your body, and one of these was a potentially reversible procedure to make you an IRL #Furry by giving you #anthropomorphic #animals features, such as fur, tail, muzzle, etc. Imagine this is mature technology, and normalized enough, that there will be no medical or societal ramifications if you get such modifications.

Do you get the #BodyMods to make you a Furry?

A ref sheet of my blue and purple wolf fursona. At the top it says in German: "Violet, He/Him, Wolf".

The body is completely furry and purple, although the fur on his head, the neckfloof, his belly and one stripe on his back are blue.
The hands are paws with pink paw pads and white claws and 5 digits.

The feet are also paws, with pink paw pads and white claws and 4 digits.
The legs are digitigrade.

The head is purple, with a blue stripe that goes down to the snoot. Violet has heterochromia, so his right iris is dark purple while his left exe is turquoise. His maw has a red tounge and white teeth. His ears are purple on the outside and a light pink on the inside

The tail is blue at the start of it and fades to purple at the end

New pinned post with all the art of my sona so far. It's a blue dasher dragonfly! So swag and so cool!!! Thanks everyone!

A colored drawing of my fursona by datbx. An anthropomorphic blue dasher dragonfly, standing on 2 legs and holding his arms out forward. From the top down, he has tall black antennae, large turquoise compound eyes with tall black pseudopupils, a spiked mouth that sticks out, 2 pairs of dragonfly wings, and a long tail that resembles a dragonfly abdomen.
His body is light blue, with the chest and face being a silver color. The chest has something resembling scales. The ends of the arms, legs, and tail are pitch black. The ends of the arms are also mantis-like spiky things.
He's looking the opposite direction and a few music notes are coming out in a speech bubble.

A sketch of my fursona by Drakonic. He's in a different pose, with his legs in a crouching position. You can see the bottom part of the legs, with spikes on the back of the ankle and the feet being 2 large claws. The hands in this image are human-like hands, but longer and more similar to claws.
His pseudopupils make it look like his eyes are closed, and he's doing a blep with his tongue.
