nullagent<p>A german tourist has been held by ICE for over a month for the crime of legally crossing the boarder with tattoo equipment.</p><p>ICE agents decided to detain Jessica Brösche even tho her visa was perfectly valid and she crossed the boarder legally simply because they fear she -might- do paid work using her tattoo gear.</p><p>ICE also had Jessica placed in inhumane solitary confinement evidently just for fun.
