Rs are plotting ways to respond to the judges. The House is set to vote on the No Rogue Rulings Act, Wed *limit the power of the nearly 700 dist judges to impose nationwide injunctions.
Any changes would be subject to the 60-vote filibuster in the Senate.
House GOP hard-liners have been discussing include cutting off funding for the fed District Court in DC & other lower courts, & even breaking up the existing system of dist & circuit courts.
