Deborah HarmesI'm awake and I can hear the drains in the street outside simply roaring with the water racing downhill and out the other side of our village in Brittany. But we're safe from rising water and in no way in peril like these poor people in the Loire Valley towns and villages. The water is 2 metres high inside and out.
