Janet
#Planning query. Does anyone know what the #PermittedDevelopmentRules are for putting solar panels on a smallholding? I found this which says 12 square meters on the ground in the curtilage of an agricultural building but that is not very much (hoping to put in 12 panels) we could put some on the ground & on the roof of the stable but they’ll have to add up to 12msq. The fees even to ask a question of the council are eye watering for non-domestic use.
