I've come to see that it aligns with my views on decentralization, workers’ rights, no bosses, and no hierarchy telling anyone what to do. It’s all about workers organizing and managing things themselves.Anarcho-syndicalism is built on three key ideas: solidarity, direct action, and self-management.
