Anruf bei der Hotline: nein, die Systeme erlauben erst am darauffolgenden Tag, dass ein neues 500GB-Paket gebucht werden kann.D.h. in deren „Notfallplan“ ist ein Tag ohne Internet alle 14 Tage mit eingeplant? 🤦🤦🤦 Wer denkt sich solche Prozesse aus?!
