Benjamin<p>Updated zigbee2mqtt this morning, now all my devices show as "OFFLINE" in the z2m dashboard but still react to switches in the HomeAssistant dashboard.</p><p>Fun. Not.</p><p><a href="https://toot.berlin/tags/HomeAssistant" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>HomeAssistant</span></a> <a href="https://toot.berlin/tags/Zigbee2MQTT" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Zigbee2MQTT</span></a></p>

It was &lt; $20 on the Big River, and I have a 2 year old one that is still on its first pair of AAA batteries.</p><p>Everything I've gotten from Thirdreality has Just Worked with <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/homeassistant" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>homeassistant</span></a> and <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/zigbee2mqtt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>zigbee2mqtt</span></a></p><p>Edit: Reading comprehension fail by me - I didn't realize you were looking for something batteryless. It's still a nice little button.</p>

Steve<p>I have made yet another thing. We are having an extension built and the under floor heating needs, a pump to circulate the water from the central heating system. I had a few ZB-SW02 laying around. Zigbee two channel relays and I didn't have a case for them so. I knocked one up and 3d printed it.<br>This will allow me to control the underfloor heating using zigbee and homeassistant. </p><p>relays: <a href="https://tinyurl.com/334pm2e6" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">tinyurl.com/334pm2e6</span><span class="invisible"></span></a><br>case: <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/1044811-zb-sw02-case/files" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">printables.com/model/1044811-z</span><span class="invisible">b-sw02-case/files</span></a></p><p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/homeassistant" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>homeassistant</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/3dprinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dprinting</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/zigbee2mqtt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>zigbee2mqtt</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/zigbee" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>zigbee</span></a></p>

This works just fine.</p><p>BUT if my HA is down, then any thermostat is potentially left in an unreliable state with a local temp calib of -5 or +5 K.</p>
