Autonomie und SolidaritätAm 13. November 1990 scheint nach den heftigen Kämpfen mit der Polizei vom Vortag, vorerst wieder etwas mehr Ruhe für die Bewohner*innen in der Mainzer Straße, Berlin, einzukehren.Vertreter*innen von Stadtpolitik, Besetzer*innenszene, Senat, Behörden und Polizei verhandeln/beraten über weiteres Vorgehen, über mögliche Legalisierungen oder Räumungsaktionen. Nach den Erfahrungen des 12. Nov. errichten die Besetzer*innen in der Mainzer vorsichtshalber weiter Barrikaden, heben Gräben aus, trauen der Ruhe nicht.Doch was ist das überhaupt, das die Besetzer*innen in der Mainzer so entschlossen gegen die Staatsmacht verteidigen wollen? Seit Mai '90 hatten sie sich in den zuvor leerstehenden Häusern mit erheblichem Aufwand und Kreativität ein Zuhause und Freiräume errichtet.
