Ronja<p>Chilli Survivors 🌶️<br>Tried to overwinter my chilli plants this year—kind of a test run. I left one group outside (winters are usually mild here) and brought another group indoors. Steve Bogner<p>With the cold, freezing weather starting to settle in, I picked the remaining chili peppers from the garden. I ferment them for a month and then cook them into a hot sauce. This happens every year - my ‘End of Summer’ hot sauce. Always different because I always have a different mix of peppers.
