Any policy aimed at firing federal workers en masse would still <a href="https://newsie.social/tags/disproportionately" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>disproportionately</span></a> hurt Black people. This is not a bug in Trump’s program.
