I am sure <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/tourettes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>tourettes</span></a> adds to the restlessness.</p><p>However it also makes me feel safe to be strong, and healthy in case things go wrong in the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/usa" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>usa</span></a> completely. It took me 6' to introduce those 30 g of carbs. Chewing while running definitely needs practice. Small bites and a slow pace.<br>And I had enough energy to continue when my timer stopped. Even though the numbers on the scale should be motivation enough, as I still need to lose weight (and fat)... But my ADHD brain wants to lose the weight quickly, and I can't disagree, but I keep going down some, up some, down some more, up again... I've lost some since the last week, so it's going slowly... But every time it goes up again a bit, I just get sad...</p><p>It's just a silly game that my brain likes to play with me...</p><p>I need to do some strength exercises, and I am sooooo not motivated for them. 😔 Ugh... Wish I had a partner here that would just push me and do the exercises with me... Ah well...
