I'm sorry to keep harping on this (federate.social/@jik/114242995), but if you're listening to "experts" telling you that the stock market always performs well over time and you shouldn't try to time the market, I really can't encourage you strongly enough to reconsider that, especially if you're within, say, 15 years of retirement.
It took 25 years for the U.S. stock market to recover from the great depression.
IMO that's where we're heading.

If you didn't, then you've probably lost a substantial amount of money. You may think it's too late, but in my opinion Trump isn't nearly finished trashing the stock market. Do your own research, draw your own conclusions, don't take my word for it, this advice is worth exactly what you paid for it, etc. But think about it.

#Republicans continue to support #tariffs and #tax on benefits with zero evidence their methods will produce any positive effects.
In fact, the evidence pointing to historical errors are profound.

All this hope based on nothing is awesome. I only wish Democrats had half as much hope to invest US national security on. #Biden and #Obama handed Trump a stable economy and Republicans are hell bent on economic destruction.
