Marianne kampmannPlaying with the shapes. I really enjoy playing with clay. I cherish my zen, the calmness, the deep thoughts about what is possible and what is not. To sit and fiddle and fuss, this is the first version in the thought of an antler on a doll's head. The second version involves hand modeling, shaping, and brush-painted with gold glaze, the antler is in picture 2. Many hours of work, fun, and cups of coffee, nervous evenings while the oven heated up to 1220⁰.
