Winding down and getting used to these art supplies more with another one of my favourite Animal Crossing characters tonight. Hazel was a welcome surprise in new leaf and always happy when I got saw them since.

The original Banjo Kazooie was amazing. At the time it was considered the only game on the N64 that exceeded Mario 64, especially when it came to platformers. The game ended on a hook of a sequel if you beat the game 100%. And so we waited....

Spotted a fun #Nintendo #Gameboy project earlier tonight, too.

Called the 'GameBoy Color Re-imagined', user MaSaKee self-designed and is #3DPrinting this one. They state there's a lot to improve, but...this is wonderful and just what I love to see in #gaming - people taking established and beloved things and making them 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯

News / Anniversaries: Animal Crossing New Horizons turns 5

I forgot to post this despite literally knowing that this was coming...

Yesterday, Animal Crossing: New Horizons turned 5 years old (that's crazy to believe). It released globally on March 20th 2020, after originally being scheduled to launch in 2019 (from my memory anyways).

It's honestly hard to process that it's been 5 years already. It doesn't feel that long ago when I was watching people playing the game early through various means and rushing to play the game as soon as it came through my door (I pre-ordered it physically and got a nice Nook keychain which I've never used lol).

Do you all have any memories of launch day to share? Also, are you all still regularly playing it now?
