Alexis Helmer. John McCrae, MD (1872–1918), being a physician and a soldier, wrote this moving poem which still shows the feelings and emotions soldiers had to deal with in these days: „In Flanders Fields“, a piece of wonderful art created in the horrible setting of The Great War on May 3rd, 1915 -
