#TeslaTakedown at the #Tesla Recall Centre

(Under construction 🏗️) city-block sized place where they want to repair all their crap cars in Western #Canada

1–3 Sunday March 30 Strathcona Park

actionnetwork.orgTeslaTakedown Vancouver (Strathcona Park!) Sunday, March 30th at Strathcona Park. The Day After the March 29th International Day of Action against Tesla Dealerships around the world. We're back for a nice day in the park at the site of Tesla's largest "future" dealership in Western Canada — if Tesla has a future anywhere. We saw Elon Musk tweet “Canada is not a real country”. He endorsed Pierre Poilievre for the Canadian election. Poilievre welcomed Musk's backing then. If Poilievre wins, he will happily be Trump's 51st State Governor. Canada’s sovereignty is on the line. We have to do everything we can to ensure that Tesla falls, Poilievre doesn’t get elected, and Musk doesn't end up running Canada into the ground like he has Tesla, the US, and everything else he touches. Tesla is building an enormous facility in East Vancouver next to Strathcona Park. Let’s tell Trump, Vance, and Musk that we don’t want it! Fascists aren't welcome in Canada. Let’s take Tesla down. Tesla Takedown Rally! Sunday, March 30th, 1:00–3:00 p.m. 950 Raymur Avenue, at Venables/Prior Just east of Strathcona Park At the east edge of Strathcona Park, you will see the well-marked and enormous hole in the ground that will supposedly be the "future home of Tesla’s largest service facility in North America” (that is, if Tesla doesn’t go bankrupt first). Let’s stop the Fascist Elon Musketeers: Musk, Trump, and Poilievre! Join us! Please spread the word. Tell all your friends! TeslaTakedownVancouver.neocities.org TeslaTakedownVancouver@Proton.me

i haven't heard of any arrests or brutality from the tesla protests yesterday. i was sure there would have been some nasty shit going down. but no, people turned out in droves and their voices were heard.

@teslatakedown Also, I’m going to be taking time off from posting for my own mental health. Protests are ongoing throughout the US & around the world. April 5 looks like a big day with lots of events. Check the map at actionnetwork.org/event_campai for protests near you, or consider hosting your own.

InstagramSeattle Today | Seattle News, Business and Arts on Instagram: "Tesla Takedown: Protesters Gather in Seattle to Challenge Elon Musk’s Influence The “Tesla Takedown” protest in Seattle was part of a global day of action, with protesters gathering outside the Tesla showroom in SoDo. The protest, which took place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, aimed to peacefully object to Elon Musk’s role in slashing government spending and his perceived threat to democracy. Protesters held signs and banners, with some chanting slogans against Elon Musk and Tesla. The movement’s goal is to economically impact Musk and challenge his political influence by encouraging people to sell their Teslas, dump their stock, and join the picket lines. Similar protests were held in other cities across the United States, Canada, and Europe, with organizers promising their biggest day of global action yet. The movement has gained momentum, with some Tesla owners selling their vehicles in protest and others expressing their dissatisfaction with Musk’s actions. #TeslaTakedown #SeattleProtest #ElonMusk #Tesla #GlobalProtest #BoycottTesla #HoldMuskAccountable #ClimateAction #CorporateAccountability"3,148 likes, 1,448 comments - seattletoday_ on March 29, 2025: "Tesla Takedown: Protesters Gather in Seattle to Challenge Elon Musk’s Influence The “Tesla Takedown” protest in Seattle was part of a global day of action, with protesters gathering outside the Tesla showroom in SoDo. @PamelaBarroway I unfortunately didn’t get a photo, but my favorite sign at the #teslatakedown demo I participated in was: “Grab Musk By the Teslacles.” We had 200+ in Seattle’s SoDo district and probably as many or more at the 6+ other Seattle-area dealerships. We blocked off the street long enough to do the Electric Slide.

I just wanted to thank all of you. To those who attended protests today. Those who honked, waved, or otherwise supported the protestors. Those who shared information and encouragement. Whether your experience today was positive and uplifting or tense and uncertain. Whether you received support from others or are doubtful whether you made a difference. Whatever you did, you stood up and it was brave of you. I’m not anybody important, but I see you and I thank you. ❤️
