I signed the contract for the order of my new electric car yesterday. Logging into their website, I get a notice that I need to consent to data sharing (position, driving data, and voice data) to activate connected features. But most importantly, I get a clear description of what is involved, and I have the option to not agree to this.

I still dislike that they collect data in any event, but it's really nice to see that I actually can say no and not lose much.
