John Dal<p>I scraped this recipe from a USA video on YouTube which I can no longer find. It's the most yummy Swedish-style rye sourdough ever. A guest house owner, two self-styled bread experts, a Danish friend and his family and the band I used to be in have all said it was the best bread they had ever tasted. There are recipes for sourdough leaven (starter) all over the place, this recipe expects 1/3 flour and 2/3 water ratio. <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/bread" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bread</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/rye" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>rye</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/treacle" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>treacle</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/spice" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>spice</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/sourdough" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>sourdough</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/scandanavian" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>scandanavian</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/recipe" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>recipe</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/baking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>baking</span></a></p>
