I brought up at the mindfulness therapy group I'm attending weekly about #MindfullActivism and would love to see the takes of others.
While going through the breathing exercises, I not only noticed the heaviness, but later a pink energy which I feel I could associate with #Aphrodite as a #pagan exploring #witchcraft and have been seeking out Her love to help heal us all.
