#buyout

A federal judge in Massachusetts suspended a deadline for #FederalWorkers to apply for a delayed resignation offer [#buyout] until at least Monday afternoon, when a hearing will be held. The offer, which had been set to expire at 11:59 PM on Thurs, is part of #Trump’s campaign to drastically slash the federal government. The admin said tens of thousands of workers had already accepted [not smart. They’ll never get that money].

"The Central Intelligence Agency offered buyouts to its entire workforce Tuesday, citing an aim to bring the agency in line with... Donald Trump's priorities...

The report of #buyout offers is in line with a massive makeover of the US #government embarked on by the #Trump administration, which has fired & sidelined hundreds of civil servants in first steps toward downsizing the bureaucracy & installing **loyalists**"

…The report of #buyout offers is in line w/a massive makeover of the US govt embarked on by the #Trump admin, which has fired & sidelined hundreds of #CivilServants in first steps toward downsizing *bureaucracy* & installing #loyalists.

The WH last wk offered 2M civilian full-time #FederalWorkers an opportunity to stop working this wk & [supposedly] receive pay & benefits through Sept 30 as Trump seeks to slash the govt.

#Trump admin adds #FinePrint to #FederalEmployees #buyout offer

It's been a week since nearly all 2.3M civilian employees of the #FederalGovernment were presented w/an offer: Agree to resign from your job by Feb 6 & keep your pay & benefits through the end of Sept.

Now, w/the deadline nearing, #FederalAgencies have sent out new terms & conditions in the form of a sample #contract agreement that employees are told they can use to "memorialize" the deal.
