@datum The first thing Prime Minister Carney needs to do (once he’s beaten Poilievre’s ass like a gong in the upcoming federal election) is break up Postmedia. Offer interest-free loans to employees to purchase the individual newspapers, and ban any foreign ownership. The key to a functioning democracy is a truly independent press, and we don’t have that in Canada right now, thanks to the treasonous actions of IDU head honcho Stephen Harper. #cdnpoli
