Long shot: Does anyone reading this work at or know someone who works at China Mobile (ideally in Hong Kong) on DNS? (AS9231)

I'd like to talk to them about config on a couple of their DNS resolvers in Hong Kong. Our attempts to contact them thus far haven't been fruitful. (it's not a security issue).
