Epic Games’ CEO Tim Sweeny is a billionaire scumbag.

He’s aligned himself with Musk, and calling anti-Tesla protests as a “billionaire plot” by George Soros. and Reid Hoffman, with nary a hint of irony. Sweeny has an estimated net worth of $5.7B.

Epic Games makes a ton of money licensing #UnrealEngine to a bunch of other game makers. They also make popular games such as #Fortnite and #RocketLeague.

I'm sure this is a longshot, but does anybody know why the #EpicGames web store might refuse to accept my credit card for purchasing #Fortnite #VBucks, and what I can do about it?
I created an Epic Games account, linked it to my PlayStation account, and attempted to buy V-Bucks. The store refused to let the purchase go through. As far as I can tell all my information was entered correctly. I tried with a different card; same result. I don't think the cards are the problem. Any ideas?

So, #Fortnite have done this thing where they merged all the season passes together to use account-season level gain rather than individual metacurrencies to redeem items.

(previously levels would give you stars to spend on battlepass items, and lego pass stuff would be redeemed with 'studs' earned via quests. Music pass was similar to lego pass, etc

Now it's all just 'you get to redeem X items from Y pass' as you level up, which I don't find as great, but I can understand the slipstreaming)
