Lege die Samen auf eine saubere Fläche zum Trocknen. Trockene Fruchtreste entfernen.

Samen sind jetzt runzelig. Ab in die Pfeffermühle! Das Pulver ist weniger scharf als Pfeffer.

Zum Würzen von Desserts, Salaten, Fleisch und Saucen. Fleisch wird zarter mit dem enthaltenen eiweißspaltenden Enzym Papain. Auch einfach so zum Kauen. Gut für die Verdauung!

Aber Vorsicht v.a. in der Schwangerschaft und bei Blutungsneigung!
