Why yes, I did put a whole dang Cadbury Caramel Egg into my coffee mug this morning, and yes, it was delicious!

I had leftover caramels so I placed them in a very large mason jar, poured vodka over them, shaked the jar daily until the caramels dissolved and then poured the result through a very fine filter. I now have caramel flavoured vodka. It's wonderful on its own or mixed with cider for a Caramel Apple cocktail.
