Because x money and x as a super app is, in his mind, “the big one.” Start with P2P but then quickly pivot to person to business, then a stored value facility (becoming a bank), direct deposit, pay your taxes, do it all.

And this is in actual fact what #banking / #payments are trying to put into place to counter "authorised push payments fraud" in a weird and wonderful set of Rube Goldberg experiments right now.

The rest of #digitalsecurity should be taking note because it's a much richer sense of risk and responsibility when you try to go beyond "just" authenticity and integrity of received-instructions, into "OK it's you but do we allow this action?". It's RBAC with dynamic context and active supervision.
