@poledanceMOTIVATION MONDAY: We all f*@$ up. It's something we do as humans. But this video reminds me to get back up, no matter how many times I fall. During this choreo with Lala I did something really silly and let go of the pole in a pirouette (total rookie movie!) and fell straight backwards. But what I did next was get up again and back into the dance like nothing happened. Of course Lala stopped the music to check on me, but tbh I was ready to just go back in and keep on moving. This is my (and yours now too) reminder to get the f*@$ back up no matter how many times, or how hard, we fall.
