Had a bunch of thoughts about the recent safety stuff, way more than fit in social media post... Blog post story time! (It's a bit of a ramble, sorry about that...)

The world premiere of my new open source project wasmVision was at #gopherconau yesterday.
Get going with computer vision using WebAssembly
Release 0.1 available now!
I would disable compiler optimization and compare the assembler code.
Remember, premature optimization is the root of all evil.

I've released `inline-c` 0.1.8, https://github.com/Hywan/inline-c-rs/releases/tag/0.1.8, the crate to write and to execute C and C++ code inside Rust.
* This version fixes the C/C++ `#define` behaviour on rustc nightly.
* This version also fixes linker flags support with MSVC.
* Finally, this version explains a potential test flakiness when multiple C tests use the same environment variable.

Hey everyone!
I'm a 19-year-old from Bangladesh, part of the Gen Z generation. I’m passionate about privacy, FOSS, and freedom of speech. As a practicing Muslim, I find balance and peace in my faith.
I love programming, mainly in Python and C for now, and I'm an avid reader. Recently, I fell in love with chemistry after reading "The Disappearing Spoon."
I stand firmly against any forms of racism and genocide. As an introvert, I grew up feeling a bit lonely because I didn't find many people like me.
Looking forward to connecting with like-minded folks here!
Hi there! I am Andie(they/them)! Moving over from hachyderm instance, so a new #introduction is in order.
I am a software developer. Slowly recovering from burnout after almost 3 years at a startup. Getting back into long neglected hobbies has been great for that.
If you follow me(flattered btw! ), aside from some shitposts, expect toots about:
