I made a walnut frame for one of my Celtic knotwork frog prints! This frame fits 7cm square prints (the format Open Press Project uses for their exhibitions).

I finally got around to making a Celtic knotwork / interlacing fabric design to go with my Celtic key pattern and spiral designs! Seen here with one of my 42mm d20 chonks.
I finally got a chance to play with my new Open Press Postcard Printing Press! I cut a plate with this new knotwork frog I designed, and got some pretty good results after a little fiddling. After starting on this, I noticed that frogs seem to be bubbling up out of the collective unconscious a lot right now. I wanted to join the Open Press print exchange, but ran out of time to get prints to them. Maybe next year!
Here is a closer view of the third of the new Celtic Art washi tape designs, an extra-wide (45mm) key pattern I refer to as “squared spirals.”
After making hardwood gift boxes for the 20-sided dice I made to give as holiday gifts, I decided they needed an additional wrapping to protect them, and to create a reveal for the wooden boxes.
Of course, since I was making the dice as gifts, I also needed to design and fabricate some fancy hardwood gift boxes. I made some hexagonal boxes on the desktop CNC, and produced silver knotwork medallions for the lids with metal clay.
When "I should wrap this" turns into "let's design and fabricate a custom box!"
Welcome to the Enchanted Forest!
This holiday card is my take on a popular origamic architecture/kirigami concept. These are laser scored and cut, then hand folded from the Ice Gold stock I have been using.
#ArtAdventCalendar Day 7: Celtic knotwork carved into an ancient gravestone. Several of these were on display in a little museum area of a church we visited on the Isle of Man in 2017. Hubby had gifted me a macro lense add-on for my camera, and I was enjoying making use of it for picking out details like this.

I made a light-up pop up card for the #LightUpPopUpTober thing Chibitronics is organizing on Instagram.
I made some little inlaid hardwood skull pins for friends and family to help celebrate the “spooky season.” I always have ideas for this time of year and, rarely get to them. So, I am pretty stoked to have made these.
