19. three stroke letters
(wrong again aefhi)
rev. queen of pentacles
10 of cups
unwater of earth, manifestation of all stages of the cycle of water.
Following on the page from 18., some new colors have entered the mix.
My question now is, if acrylic paint is one step away from being awkward ink, is a nib therefore the most excellent small round brush? Is a nib the best painting tool for details? Will I make a second pen set reserved for oil paints?

18. lucky charms?
8 of cups
rev. 4 of wands
splendor of gnomes, un-mercy of fire.
Would you recommend any additives to emulsify thin ink, or dilute-ink, dilute-acrylic paint, etc.?
That the ink might flow well on a dip pen nib, for instance.
(To turn thin watery pigment in to an emulsion which beads properly upon the nib.)
Would you suggest shellac, gum arabic, some kind of liquid gloss acrylic medium, or something else?
Thanks!

This is a mini zine page detailing how to write in sylvin branch form!
Letters that branch upwards like a growing plant!
Let's see... the page for geblin will help you understand better.
There is a variation for v instead of f,
and another for c instead of Ch,
if you are trying to use these to write english instead of geblin.
The last character is for Tzren, echo, repeat.

The lower right shows the letter order.
Ascending, first two characters of a line branch right.
Read out to in.
Consonants to outside, vowels to inside.
Consonant lines can have no vowel following them.
For a vowel not preceeded by a consonant, a null pointer line is added.
There is a null pointer for base vowels a, e, o
and another for derivative vowels u, w, i, y
If you have any questions, I would be happy to help!
Imagine using them as campaign materials, or for journaling!
geblin and numbers/letters, for reference to letter/number order.

Definitely a regular bird
and not at all a goblin with many ears and faces
lalalaaaaa! It sings in a high pitched throaty warble!
I love journaling with my #fountainpens , but I'm finding I also very much love journaling with a pointed nib dip pen. I truly enjoy the act of frequently dipping my nib into the ink and gently tapping on the inkwell to release any hanging drops, the whispery scratching of the nib on the paper (the nib is sharper than fountain pens), the cleaning of the nib before I put it away. I find it all soothing and calming.. a tonic for the senses. I can't wait for my gum arabic to arrive in a few days, so I can mix small portions of some of my fountain pen inks to make them work for my dip pens as well.
My first time dabbling in #calligraphy since grade seven, rather a long time ago.
Not great obviously, but I think I have the beginning of an idea of what I'm shooting for. These are simplified Roman capitals, in case that wasn't obvious.
I think just bashing away at alphabets is probably my best bet at building skill. Doing basic penmanship drills (like the vertical and horizontal lines) seems like a quick way to bore me out of the craft before I even get started.
