@Krita This screenshot was from building Krita in Terminal, while using DESTDIR it looked like not all was in place, when packaged to has the more native Haiku look and feel, thanks for the icons by 3dEyes!

Sakurajima Social (桜島SNS）damian ☃️ willcox (@dorkboycomics)2025 marks 30 years since I accidentally started making comics. While it has been a few years(hello, fatherhood) since I put my last book together or attended the Calgary Expo , I didn’t want to miss this milestone.
To commemorate the occasion, I have put together my biggest book yet covering my full year of 400+ daily comics, as well as many other comics covering aspects of personal life from the last few years in my just over 400 page new book “I’m not a monster…”
I’ll be releasing this in person at Calgary Expo 2025 (pass it on 😊🙏) at the end of April (assuming I get a table confirmation before then 😆), where you can come and judge for yourself if the title is accurate. Hope to see you there, and if that is not in your plans you can also find the book immediately on most Amazon stores with some searching, though they like to auto remove the second “l” in my last name or split up dorkboy into two words making that a difficult process. 😆🙈
Hope to see some of you there, and continued thanks and appreciation for following my weird and random work along the way.

I think it’s important to change the communication on this. We should be out promoting censorship within reason. Is it ok for a platform to help promote antisemitism? Or anti lgtbq+ messaging ? Is it ok to share child porn? These seem obvious but there is a difference between anarchy & control. Humans push boundaries. I’ve seen it on Mastodon … let’s work to make a future were good people aren’t punished but bad actors can’t roam free !

It took me less than 10 minutes configuring everything, and the newly released Spotifyd, combined with spotify-qt, solved my headaches using #Spotify.

But Microsoft bought them before the pandemic, and were dicking about with Teams while Zoom took the ball and ran.
Being bought by Microsoft was suicide.

A friend of mine is developing a graphical manager for Yggdrasil (https://yggdrasil-network.github.io/) called Yggtray:

Yggtray runs in the background and is accessible through the system tray. Currently it allows the user to start/stop the daemon and check its current status. Also it shows the node IP address and allows to copy it.
Some ideas for the future development are listed in the project issues on GitHub. Contributions are welcome!

In our lab, the instruments are controlled by software built on common platform LabApps, and the experiments are scripted using my #lisp dialect LabLisp. Spectroscopic data analysis is provided by QBerr libraries.
The trio of projects LabLisp, LabApps and QBerr are all written in #qt C++ and are open-source, however, I still need to find time to open and organize public git repo for them. And yes, maybe write some documentation. So far, only LabLisp has some public front at www.lablisp.org.
