He lies about egg prices and grocery prices coming down too. They haven't. Most things are up or show very little change in the last year. Grocery bills have certainly not gone down at all - and him lying about it on camera just adds to his legacy of continual lies: if the convict says it, it is almost guaranteed to be a lie (and his "press secretary" is just as bad).
He also seems to think he has a good relationship with dictators around the world. They don't see him as an equal. They know he is weak. They take advantage of him every time they have the opportunity. China has easily forced the convict to cave on tariffs and he's already talking about reducing them. He is a failure. He has failed at everything he has ever done. Company after company that he started collapsed and failed. Nothing he's ever done has been a success.
Here's the lesson for the UK and the EU... if you hold out against the convict he will cave. Don't waste time offering to make a deal. Just say no and he will cave. If there is one thing he hates more than anything it is failing. His whole abusive strategy is designed to bully other countries. If he can't make them grovel, it makes him look weak and he will cave quickly.
MAGATs that want to close the US Department of Education will nevertheless use the US Department of Education to garnish the wages of MAGATs and non-MAGATs whose students loans are in default.
Only 38% of borrowers are in repayment and current on their student loans. Garnishments will begin later this summer.
The House Financial Services Republicans and the White House (now deleted) tagged either a hacked or fake account in their announcements that Paul Atkins was sworn in as SEC Chair. The "Atkins" account immediately started asking for crypto.

I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that executive orders can't be used to rescind laws.
All because somebody is mad about trade deficits. Btw a “trade deficit” is fancy words for “the rich country buys all the stuff.” That’s why the standard of living was higher in the U.S. than other places - you have the money to buy all the stuff. If this doesn’t end soon, you’ll have neither.

That’s something lots of American folks don’t seem to understand about tariffs and what they are for:
