Putin's agents have formed a secret military unit within the GRU—known as the Department of Special Tasks—to conduct sabotage, assassinations & covert operations across Europe and beyond.

The unit, led by Andrey Averyanov is linked to arson attacks, assassination attempts, and efforts to place incendiary devices on cargo planes, as part of a broader campaign to undermine Western support for Ukraine.

Tactics observed in this case reflect typical Russian intelligence operations, including the recruitment of local individuals for sabotage missions & the use of encrypted messaging platforms like Telegram for communication.

The incidents were made public in Oct 2024, when EU officials described a “hybrid war” campaign aimed at destabilizing countries that support Ukraine. The plot is believed to have served as a trial run for potential midair detonations of similar devices aboard cargo flights to the United States and #Canada.

Russian troops strike Kryvyi Rih: 19 killed, over 62 injured by Putin's forces.

Tragically, three-year-old Tymofii died in the hospital. Seven-year-old Radyslav. Arina, who will forever be seven as well. Nine-year-old Herman. Fifteen-year-old Danylo. Fifteen-year-old Mykyta. Fifteen-year-old Alina. Kostiantyn, will forever be sixteen. Nikita – seventeen. These are the children killed by a Russian ballistic missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. Putin's missile was launched from the enemy’s Taganrog area, unfortunately, at least ten adults were also killed.

The missile struck right at peaceful residential buildings, a playground, shops, and a restaurant. Sixty-two people were injured in the attack, including twelve children. Some of them are in critical condition, they are currently in the hospitals.

As Putin's ballistic missile killed, his russian forces then launched attack drones to kill the Ukrainian rescuers.

In March 2025, over 4,000 drones - the largest number in any month since February 24, 2022 - attacked #Ukraine, killing peaceful Ukrainians, inflicting serious damage in Kropyvnytsky, Dnipro, Cherkasy, Kryvyi Rih, Kharkiv, & Odesa.

TODAY, A Russian missile attack hit a densely-populated district of Ukraine's NE city of Sumy, wounding 88 people, including 17 children.

Putin's ESCALATION has also involved cyberattacks and extensive injuries from missile strikes on Ukrainian civilians.

Talks focus on the grain export agreement, which Russia abandoned. The Black Sea remains a pivotal issue for both nations.
