White Bread using 1/3 poolish fermented 16 hours. This is now my staple method, which produces an incredible crust with minimal effort. This is really about 20 minutes of actual effort. Let the yeast do the work.

Today's success was replacing an electrode on my gas hob, so I now have 4 burners that all spark again.
Today's failure was replacing the cooker's clock, I couldn't work out how to remove the old clock, so the new one is still sitting there in its bag.

Pulling the old oven out I found a pocket way in the back with its schematic. "Oven Control" is still an unknown black box (clock, timer, display), but everything else is pretty straightforward.
