My new therapist suggested that I consider Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I read up on it, and a key part of #ACT seems to be committing to change one's actions to drive positive change, but I'm not sure there are actions I can change which will make anything better about the #polycrisis we're in.
I'd love to hear from people who are anxious and depressed about the state of the world, as I am, and have tried ACT to help them cope.

This century will be pure hell one way or another.
Abortions bans are stupid beyond belief on a world that already uses 5x more resources annually than the planet can regenerate.
