P.S., You know, I think I'll make a point of posting random #doodles from now on!

Hand-written "Hi I don't know how to draw!" on the middle-right, and a goofy smiling face with long tongue poking out is on the bottom right.

It is drawn in fairly thick, purple-colored lines (because of relatively thin fountain pen ink), and the (fake) terracotta-color LAMY Safari fountain pen is seen on the top right, with its cap on the top left.

Exhausted after a long day at the salon! The groomer lady couldn't believe how wooly we were. A good haircut can do wonders! We're back to being cute and lovable.

It's #Mondog and we have good news! Mom weighed us last night and we haven't gained any winter weight. Yay us!

It's our woolly coats making us look fat. That's about to change. Only 3 more sleeps till our groomer is back. We'll be so pretty for the weekend.

Rosie and Susie, the little doodle dogs, are sitting on the big bed. It has a blue quilt and a modern patterned blue and green sheets. There's a Calder art poster on the wall in back of the bed. It’s modern art of an ocean with icebergs and a big orange sun.

I hope the groomer is ready for these woolly girls! I'm pretty sure Rosie and Susie aren't nearly as excited as I am. Hope you have a good week!

Bad times need #beauty and #colours. I started a notebook only for doodling because #meditation is too boring for me. It helps me to calm down after reading the news, to shift my perspective.

Against the #instagramization: I use a notebook for 2.99 E and cheap ink pens for children. You don't need brands or much money to be creative!

All pics are alcohol ink pen drawings in flower-power-pop-art style, very colourful and abstract. This abstract doodling shows also flowers, cloudlike structures and a big rainbow which spans the entire page from top left to bottom right.

My latest #Scottish word weekly #illustration. Sometimes I lift a #drawing out of my pad of #doodles and find a word to fit. My subconscious supplies the #image for any #doodle so don't ask me the meaning or the reason for any of them. They just come in quiet moments. #Scots #language
