a photo from yesterday just after the height of the eclipse, so the sun looks a bit the wrong shape.
it's of some bright, lemon-yellow kale flowers (feature fuzzy bee bum!) looking up at a weirdly shaped sun in an almost clear blue sky. there are some white clouds on the horizon along with the top of a telegraph pole.
the flowers look like they're enjoying the eclipse but very much ignoring the advice not to look directly at the sun.

Cette éclipse a été l'occasion de faire un atelier fabrication de camera oscura, et même si nous n'avons pas vu grand chose, c'était fun <3
Une des deux était faite à partir d'une boîte en carton, l'autre d'une conserve de cacahuètes au wasabi.

The eclipse is shifting from right to left... this may be the first time I've ever managed to catch a solar #eclipse I think... trying to remember if I ever saw one as a kid, not sure. I've seen partial lunar eclipses a couple of times at least.

Reminds me of the "plasma" effect in demos and screensavers that was popular when I were a lad.

The sky is in on the demo scene? I reckon a timelapse of this would look just like it.

A dark green tinted photo of a solar eclipse, about 20% of the top of the sun is covered, there is a mottled effect of light cloud cover that looks like one of those old "plasma" screensavers.

We got very lucky right at the end of the #eclipse. The sun peeked up into a window in the clouds with the tiniest little nibble taken out of the left side. Got some shots on the DSLR that I'll unload later.
