Waaaay back in the late 1990s I discovered Lyx - and have been using it ever since ... almost 30 years!
Lyx has a noble ambition - to let you to write documents as if you were using a GUI word processor, but render the documents using #LaTex.
The key point is to write content - not code.
It almost succeeds.

@MattEducator @edutooters I’ve been using #LaTeX, but #orgmode has really been a boon. The ability to export as a html, slides, a pdf for notes, and execute code with the same file is remarkable! Please check https://gitlab.com/oer/org-re-reveal for the ability to make web based presentations too. I also have beamer slides from the same file!

@deadparrot similarly, if you perform an image search for #LaTeX, you DON'T find good document layout examples for your typesetting.

Querida fedigente buena: ando atascado en mi profundo desconocimiento del #LaTeX porque por mucho que lo intento no consigo que el texto de un paper que va para un libro de actas de un congreso se adapte a la plantilla bien: siempre me salen las referencias bibliográficas con una interrogación en vez de el número que debería. ¿Alguien tiene habilidad y un ratillo para echarme una mano? Muchísimas gracias, de verdad. (No vengáis todes, con una persona me vale...)
