"The #AttorneyGeneral stated during her television appearance that a reason she ordered the #deathSentence was because the alleged victim was a CEO"
I am not going to presuppose a ruling in today's political environment, but when the prosecution seeks the death penality *because the victim is a CEO*, that's fucked
Would they find a jury in that land that would hang this beautiful and righteous man?

"Mar 31, 2025
Jordan Chariton reports on a new ballot measure proposal filed for the state of California inspired by Luigi Mangione, the alleged shooter of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, that would bar health insurance companies from delaying, denying, or modifying health claims deemed necessary by a doctor. The ballot measure proposal, titled the "Luigi Mangione Access to Health Care Act,” would bar insurance companies from denying or modifying any medical procedure or medication recommended by a doctor for which denial or delay could result in death, disability, amputation, permanent disfigurement or loss or reduction of any bodily function."

US Seeks Execution of Luigi Mangione, Accused CEO Assassin
U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi has instructed the Justice Department to pursue the death penalty against Luigi Mangione, the 26-year-old man accused of assassinating the UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who publicly ran one of the most barbaric institutions in the country.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi directs Department of Justice to seek death penalty for alleged UnitedHealthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione.

Remembering how that marine creep killed a man with his bare hands on the Subway and that wasn't even seen as murder by the Authority

U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi directed prosecutors to seek the death penalty for Luigi Mangione, the man accused of shooting and killing UnitedHealth Group chief executive Brian Thompson in New York last year.
A ballot initiative in CA, provisionally called the "Luigi Mangione Access to Health Care Act", would enable people to sue their health insurance companies for significant damages if coverage denials result in certain types of serious harm, and would make it a felony to have non-doctors reverse doctors' decisions.
The initiative is open for public comment until April 25th, but none of the media outlets reporting on it seem to be providing links or instructions on how to do this. Go to the CA Attorney General's page on active initiatives , find the initiative in the list, and scroll to the right to click "submit comment":

Make sure your comment submission meets all the requirements so it gets counted (under "How to Participate in Rulemaking")

LOL this won't make it to Reddit.
Someone has proposed a new law called "Health & Safety Code Section 15300, to be known as the Luigi Mangioni Access to Health Care Act. "

The dossier adds that the public “may view the ensuing manhunt and subsequent arrest of Mangione as NYPD, and largely policing as a whole, as a tool that is willing to expend massive resources to protect the wealthy, while the average citizen is left to their own means for personal security.”
“Many view Thompson as a symbolic representation of both as reports of insurance companies denying life sustaining medication coverage circulate online.” the report says. “It is not an unfair comparison to equate the current reaction toward Mangione to the reactions to Robin Hood, citizens may see Mangione’s alleged actions as an attack against a system designed to work against them.”

AP: Mangione asks for laptop to prepare for legal case while awaiting trial in killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO
This man illustrated something we all need to see. And I'm not even talking about what he did or said.
Its how the news about him is treated.
In my whole life, I have never seen such an obvious propaganda effort from the ruling class to protect evil and its power. I've never even used the term "ruling class" until now, as it sounded too conspiratorial. Its not.
I understand now.

Slate: Reddit Is Restricting Luigi Mangione Discourse—but It’s Even Weirder Than That
The website is attacking the users that made it the front page of the internet
"...Last week, Reddit administrator Worstnerd shared a significant update to the social network’s content-moderation standards. As of March 5, “users who … upvote several pieces of content banned for violating our policies will begin to receive a warning.” They added that the company will “consider adding additional actions down the road.”...
Apparently saying ‘luigi’ is now against the rules too even though they never told us. All comments with the word ‘luigi’ get flagged as possible inciting violence,”
