Hello! I'm a (nonexistent) homo sapien. I'm a nerd who likes programming, Golang, C, chocolate, and terminals.

I use Void Linux (because it's awesome) with i3. And Firefox. I host my code on Codeberg because it rocks, and GitHub because I need it for non-personal things.

I'm interesting in CLIs, TUIs, and cybersecurity, along with systems.

Speculative video about the #Scout #Terra / #Traveller specifically about the gas range extender option. Rear mounted #Porsche 718 flat four? Also included some projections of the take rate as well.

I "know nothing" about #EV and #Hydrid technology as implemented today so the comparison against the #Chevrolet #Volt and the #BMW #i3 was appreciated.

Makes lots of sense to me. 10k towing with two cars on a trailer and a box full of spares and wheels makes this practical.

Finalmente, consegui resolver uma questão boba que me incomodava diariamente no i3wm rodando no Debian 12.

Uso somente headset bluetooth no PC e ele faz pareamento / conexão automática sem problemas. Todavia, as caixas de som sempre ficam selecionadas por padrão (figura 1)

A pior parte é que o Controle do Pulse Audio (PavuControl) traz cada app (e cada instância de app) que emite som. E, para deixar todos os sons saindo no headset bluetooth, era necessário alterar um por um (figura 2). Isso era bem chato.

Mas hoje, após instalar o Sound Switcher Indicator, é possível selecionar o headset bluetooth (figura 3). Com isso, ele muda tudo de uma vez (figura 4). Além disso, pelo que percebi, mantém o dispositivo bluetooth como padrão. Não necessitando mais fazer esse ajuste.

Resta agora fazer os controles de volume do teclado e Play / Pause do headset funcionarem no gerenciador de janelas i3wm. Ele tem algumas limitações e contratempos, mas depois que comecei a usá-lo, não o troco por nenhum Desktop Environment (DE) :-)

Installed the #PaperWM extension for #Gnome today. It converts your desktop into an infinity-scrollable desktop where new tiles spawn to the left, right, top, bottom, whatever you configure. For people, who like to use #i3 or other #tiling #windowmanager, I highly recommend to try out PaperWM for Gnome. Truly fascinated by this idea.

We took the #SoulEV and #i3 for a day out at the deer park yesterday*

Two cars that are quirky and go about doing the same thing in totally different ways but are an absolute hoot to drive as well as being cheapish to buy and small change to fuel.

Once again huge thanks to the Mastodon (Fediverse) #Ev peeps for opening my eyes to their benefits.

*Dogs, Grandkid and us big kids enjoyed it too.

Moi c'est machaonix, passionnée de tout pleins de choses mais particulierement les mangas/aimes, linux et l'anarichie :3
Dans mes mangas/animes préférés, y a bien évidement #evangelion plus ou moins tout les #ghibli j'aime bcp #enAttendantLundi et pleins d'autres oeuvres ^^
Mon OS c'est un #debian stable (j'ai eu trop de problemes avec les autres lol) et je change régulierment de window manager meme si en ce moment je suis soit sous #gnome, soit soit #i3
Je précise aussi suis majeur (la vingtaine d'année)
