Running is not just about health and fitness, it’s about discipline; it’s about venturing outside of my comfort zone; it’s about challenging limits; it’s about building physical and mental strength; it’s about having an excuse to buy a new pair of trainers and get that ‘new shoe’ feeling 2-3 times a year. 

In July I broke the 200km mark in a single month for the first time ever. Last month I clocked up 227km, and this month 232km!
