As it´s getting colder and darker outside, let´s move in and start working out from home not to lose shape until the spring comes again!
We will focus on functional stretching meaning that you will be able to raise your leg not only with a hand but using your muscles also! This mean some quite intense muscle activation. We´ll do both active and deep passive stretches.
Stretching itself will improve quality of your muscle tissues.
Besides, you get older by losing your muscles and flexibility, so let´s stop the process and stay young as long as possible!
We start November 1st from 30 mins stretching and muscle activation for the back and continue every Fridays till the end of December.
The workouts will be recorded to make it flexible and suitable for any complicated schedule.
